I was watching the turtle yesterday and noticed he looked odd. Then he started vomiting. Why would he do that? Seemed to be better afterwards. How often does that happen and why?

I have witnessed my turtle spitting up food, clearly she got too big of a bite, but no vomit.
Has your turtle done it more than once? How many times? What did he vomit up? (Fish, pellets, veggies?)
If turtle did it once and has no signs of any sickness or odd behavior, he should be fine. If vomiting keeps happening, a vet would be helpful!

It's called regurgitating, it can be harmful to the turtle if it's not food.
