Black Axil Chromis

Cleaning crew- Nassarius snails and banded shrimp

an Anemone and Pin cushion urchin (much later)

I'd ditch the dottyback - the rest of them are pretty docile and the dottyback would be the partypooper.

I'd add some astrea and/or trochus snails in addition to the nassarius. Nassarius will stay in your sand bed, the astrea/trochus will go on your rocks and glass.

The coral banded shrimp can turn nasty as they get larger....Look into a fire shrimp, the snails Kurt mentioned, or nerites or margaritas, and of course the nassis.
