I have this growing on my LR and floating freely in my refugium. It looks pretty nice, and it harbours a million of pods. Anyone has any idea what is it?

The color on these pics is a tiny bit off. In reality they are more brown then golden-brown.
To the touch they are semi-firm, like a sponge.
