Mystery snail has vertical crack

My mystery snail has a crack down the front of its shell I thought it would close as it grew but it seems to be getting bigger is there anyway I can fix it for the snail?

Hi and welcome some snail's that have had damage to the shell can't repair and the crack can get bigger. What's your ph? Adding calcium to the tank can help, I use cuttlebone and calcium blocks, I also feed calcium rich food kale and spinach, hikari crab cuisine is also good. Could you post a picture?

I'm not sure what my ph level is I did add some calcium and cuttle bones yesterday. I can't quite seem to figure out how to post a picture because all I have is my arc......
