Mystery snail problem

So my mystery snails are very active but today I came home and my one mystery snail is not doing anything I picked her up and shes still alive when I put her back in the tank she acts like it is hard for her to move around any suggestions

My mystery snails have retreated into their shells for long periods of time when the water quality has gone down. Usually not long after a PWC they are back out and moving around.

Even mystery snails that are perfectly healthy and in good water parameters sleep for long periods of time, retracting into their shells and doing nothing.

Mine do this daily.
