He needs more calcium most likely. If you go to a general type pet store and get cuttlebone for birds you can break it up and place pieces in your tank to increase the calcium. You can also add calcium and magnesium to your tank by buying them bottled in liquid form in the salt water fish dept. You have to dose it by drops so you'd need an eye dropper.
