Some live rock and some sand(doesn't have to be live sand)

Your biggest expense depending on what corals you wanna keep will be lighting.

Since you have the filter, heater and tank your half way there.

The lighting I used was 2 compact reefsun bulbs in a cheap hood and it was able to keep zoas, mushrooms, and palys. The bulbs are 12 bucks each and the hood I got from Walmart for 20 bucks

Pound per gallon for sand, and 1-2 lbs of LR per gallon.
