Ok that's your problem! Stop using it. No need to change your pH your fish will adapt to the pH in your tap water. It is better to have a stable pH than a chemically altered one that fluctuates. Don't add any ammonia reducing chemicals either. That's why we cycle our tanks so the bacteria takes care of the ammonia.
The only chemical that needs to be used in a healthy tank is a dechlorinator. I use prime.
Do a large water change to remove the chemicals ASAP. Your fish will be much better soon.
 
I use limestone to raise and drift wood to lower a tanks ph. This offers small buffers and keeps it stable. But the chem ph and ammonia adjustment don't help they hurt long term... Fish need constancy...
