Can you grab some with a net and put them in sump quarantine tank or in breeder net?

Thanks for the reply, I don't have a sump of qt tank, I had to let nature take its course. I had a few fat fish when I woke up this morning

Well maybe they will do it again soon. I would grab a 10 g tank to have ready for stuff like that. If you want to keep them.. I know I get excited when that stuff happens !

It's only a 10 gallon nano, I haven't got room for another one, I might get a breeding net in there.
My other cleaner is full of egg too, it seems to be very common for them both.
I believe it takes a month to grow 1 inch, that's if they manage to survive that long
