Need help growing Echinodorus Paul Kloecker

Hi yes it’s sitting right at the top of the tank I’m going to do a water change today and add in some liquid ferts to see if that helps it along

On other is if say in a guppy tank or attached to something, this should mean it isn’t bending toward light, getting rotated by water flow and having to use energy bending towards light again. Not sure how much that would help though.
