Yup, Rosy Barb female
Scientific Name: Puntius conchonius
Metal Rosy Barb or Neon Rosy Barb, just a different common name. Just tacking on words to sell fish. Lots of people want just the brightly colored ones and end up with all males that fight.
Long fin variety, same fish, just longer fins.
