I noticed a couple of days ago that there are two "surprise" growths on the underside of a piece of live rock. I have researched this, but cannot find anything close, only discussions of red algae. Is this algae growing? Is it dangerous to my fish or other coral? The picture is a bit blurry, but I wanted to get the cameral close, without taking anything out of the water, or disturbing the rock. :fish2:

You may be right, since, from what I just read, the dark red coraline algae prefers lower light, and these specimens are growing on the underside of my live rock. Awesome. Thanks.
