My electric yellow cichlid looks like he's seizing is that bad

Is he Seizing in front of another fish or on his own?

I have seen mine doing this an assumed it was some kind of posturing ? Mine seems always directed to another fish

Yea this is most likely just him showing off either to dominate another male or to court females

Normal activity all my cichlids do it I think its a mating/ domance thing
