Need help with beat up nem..

i got this tube nem a few days ago and he was doing fine untill he got stuck on one of the powerheads. will his tentacles grow back?? i buried his foot back in the sand part way thinking he was gonna die,but he he set himself all the back in.. here is a pic.. think he will be ok??

think he could eat a clown fish?? one of my clowns is missing as of today... i saw him this morning,and now he is gone... iv looked all over with a flashlight...only thing i didnt do was move all the rocks around.
