Ok King Jason, are their fins supposed to be white at the tips, or not?

yes, theyre fins sometimes have the white "frayed" look I had a bunch of these and they all had them either on one fin or all.

its a freeking serpae tetra they suck they are really bad fin nippers im having so much trouble with the ones in my tank
