I have a 90 gal Oscar tank with a male and female and a 4 inch tiger shovel noise catfish and a 72 peacock Tank and a 55 breeder peacock tank

You received answers in the other thread you posted about the same thing. You don't have to change the change after a couple of years or at all unless you yourself feel it to be necessary but its not needed.

Please don't double post it only confuses the members who are trying to help/answer your question/questions.
