Hello all
Need ideas, I am no plumber, so be nice...lol...i have 30gal barrels set up for RO/DI water if you can see it has rings around the top to make a good seal with the lid. Here the problem when I take out water from the nozzle, water come out great, ( the flow) than within minutes the water slows down to than none. I am stuck? What's wrong? How should I fix it?

Could you put a small valve in the top to open so you can take in some air as it drains? I'm thinking along the lines of how they put that vent cap in the top of liquid laundry detergent.

You need at least to have a either a hole in the top or a valve for air to enter. I guess if you are that worried about particles from the air, you could use an air filter.

Found the solution;
Added air admittance valve to the lid, works great..... Yes I painted the top blue, originally it's white in color!!!
