They Are bio-film and algae eaters. Personally kept them and never seen them go after any tank mates but are territorial towards other Stiphodon. I would not recommend getting one if you don't have any algae growing in your aquarium. They may eat shrimp fry.
If the tank isn't over crowded and all the fish have their territory they should be fine.
They do eat tiny teeny (baby shrimp) foods / micro-crustaceans.
And as above wouldn't chase around other fish unless there is too small of space. Clown Killis might spare over lower hiding spaces - what size is the tank?
The Chilis do not use the same space in the aquarium as the Gobies, Chilis generally are in the top half.
