New 20 Gallon Tank

Me and my wife a new 20 gallon we are upgrading from a 10 gallon we have 8 neon tetras 2 upside-down catfish and a kulia louch. I am wondering if i was wanting to get more fish like the black neon tetras and or danios. We also have a canister filter for the tank im just wondering what everyone thinks

Kuhli loaches like to be in groups. I'd add a couple more of them before thinking about another species.
