New 24 gallon setup

I recently got a 24 gallon nano cube and I will be posting along the way through this tanks development. It is a 24 gallon tank it has a heater, thermometer, filter is built into the back, 20 pounds of plant gravel capped with 20 pounds of sand. I will get plants this Sunday and the lights (one 36 watt 10,000k bulb and one 36 watt 6500k bulb both are CFLs) will come in some time next week. I plan to have shrimp and fish in this tank. I'm getting guppies but not sure what other fish to get. I hope to get your guys' help throughout this build and thanks in advance.

So I have decided my plant stock for the tank

Crypt wendtii (1 green 2 bronze) (two on the right side of the tank one on the left)

Ruffle sword (1) (back left corner)

Green myrio (back middle to right corner)

Red myrio (back middle to right corner)

Micro sword (gonna try to make a carpet in the front right to the rock on the left)

Moss ball (1 maybe 2) (where ever seems right)

Anubias barteri (1 maybe not at all) (right side of driftwood)

Java moss (top of left side of driftwood)

What do you think

Should I do myrio or cabomba?

1 or 2 moss balls?

I got the plants Today!!!
1 bronze wendtii
1 green wendtii
Green cabomba
Purple cabomba
Micro sword
1 aponogeton ulvaceus

Going back tomorrow to help my aunt get the things she needs for a saltwater tank. May get more plants lol. So, what do you think? Do I need more on left side of the tank? Thanks for your opinion.
