New 29 Gal. Help me plan it out!

I'm setting up a 29 US gallon tank. Decoration will be a few rounded granite stones, a couple of pieces of branchy driftwood, some anubias, and a pool filter sand bottom. I'm open to stocking suggestions. Looking for a community setup.

My idea currently is
1 angelfish
school of coral red pencilfish
school of corys
bushynose pleco
some shrimp.

Alternatively-

Add some rockwork and keep a group of saulosi.


I plan on doing water changes every 3 days to keep up with the admittedly high stock level.

Any thoughts?

Forget the shrimp chances are your fish will make snacks of them

Full grown Amano shrimp would be fine.
