New 50 Gallon tank German Blue Rams

Im planning on setting up a new 50 gallon fish tank. It will be stocked with the following (hopefully lol)

3 German Blue Rams (1 male, 2 female)
15 Cardinal tetras
15 rummynose tetras
Nerite snails
ghost shrimp.

Will these fish work together? And are my stocking numbers ok?

I'm also interested in adding a single opaline gourami if possible but worried he'd eat the tetras?
