Just got a 55 gallon previously saltwater tank. I Also got a protein skimmer and filter, for FREEEEE!!!! I just want to get it cleaned up, and then stored for a little while, then use either for a terrarium for fiddler crabs or my first saltwater. If you have any advise on cleaning, storing, or treating a tank to sterilize it, or the equipment, please share! Also, any insight on doing either brakish or saltwater would be cool (meaning, which do you think, and which is cheaper?) again, any advise appreciated!!!!

Brackish is cheaper and you can do mollies guppies that I know of ... Those are only brackish fish I know.. I hear saltwater is more expensive and more maintaince
