Just wanted to share my turtle's new aquarium with you guys! The turtle's a red eared slider, I think about 4 or so years old. I suspect its a female, since the front claws are pretty short (compared to some others I've seen!).
Made this from an off the shelf aquarium, got some bit off glass cut for me at a local place, and used some aquarium silicon to put it all together.
All it needs is a UV lamp right above the beach, but I still haven't gotten the bulbs I need for the lamp I've got
Now I was thinking of putting a lilly or something in, but I'm not sure if my res will gobble it up! Any recommendations on vegetation that wouldn't be poisonous or too yummy for her?
