hi iv just been given a 2ft tank which iv put pearl scales (2)and 2 fan tails the problem is the fan tails seem to like nothing more than chasing and nipping the pearl scales. is this normal and is this normal fish behavior or am i worring over nothing please help

Are you referring to goldfish? How many gal is your tank? Pearscale goldfish grow to 14 inches in size, definitely not appropriate for a small tank.

yes goldfish the tank is 45 gal the fish are very small at the mo about an inche long and when they grow will be going into a 6ft*4*2
