New Exquisite Wrasse acting strange

Ok today i just started stocking my tank all i had in there was a fire shrimp, i got a sailfin tang, and the wrasse, i temp acclimate them for 30 mins, drip acclimate them for 1 hour, i put the sailfin in the tank he is fine, he is already trying to find food, the wrasse though nudged himself between the rock and the glass, he didnt move, but i could see his eye moving like he was looking around i moved the rock to see if he was all right, he moved slowly then went behind the rocks on the other side of the tank, my parameters are fine, the onything that happened was my powerhead fell blowing sand into the water making it all cloudy, is he okay or is this just normal?

Wrasses can be very shy when first intorducted into a new environment. As long as no other fish bothers or harrasses it, it should be fine and come out when it feels more secure.

there are no other fish lol other than a shrimp and the 3/4s inch tang lol
