as far as I know, as long as you did a full 2 week cycle to make sure all the ich was gone.
But it is still a good idea to quarantine any new fish in a small established tank for 2 weeks prior to adding them to any established tanks. If you don't have a quarantine tank i would recommend buying one, even a small one (my quarantine is only 2.5 for the time being) they will save you ALOT of money and hassle down the road. 1 sick fish can really wreck havoc on a tank

Garlic guard is a way to boost the immune system but help if their sick it helps w iCh also just a few drops let it set to soak in the food drain and put it in I'm using it now to help intestinal parasites I think my fish might have due to stringy poop everything else seems fine i dont know I'm new to this bit am learning a lot on this site hope your fishys get well
