I came home today and saw my new fish(common fantail goldfish) was stuck in the filter and his back end was crooked. I got him out of the filter but he could not swim at all and was getting beat around the tank. To keep him from getting worse and keep him away from as much harmful bacteria as possible I put him into his own bowl. He tries to swim but cant and he is breathing fine just is floating on the surface. I dont know what else to do, any advice? Also, I have a 20 gallon tank with 4 other fish; 1 common goldfish(5-6 in), 1 comet goldfish(4-5 in), 1 telescope goldfish(1 in, also new) and 1 common pleco(5-6 in). The two large goldfish are pretty active and do "pick" on the newbies and the others keep to themselves.

Put a soft pre filter sponge on you filter intakes. Keep your fish in QT tank until he recovers. Change then water everyday 50% and see if he recovers. He looks pretty damaged.
