Aquarium Advice Apprentice
Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums and while I have already made a post in regards to my shrimp ordeal I wanted to post here as well.
I currently have a 5 gallon betta/shrimp tank and while I love it, I aspire to create something larger that contains a community of fish and live plants.
With my current lifestyle I am afraid to invest in anything to large in case I have to relocate for work. So for now I would like to build a nice 20 to 30 gallon aquarium.
Any thoughts on what kind of fish to have would be great. I definitely want ghost and maybe cherry shrimp in it as well as some type of schooling fish. Are there any fish you recommend for the main attraction? That isn't aggressive and won't feed on the smaller fish or shrimp?
Decoration: I plan to go with sand and live plants for the aquarium. Is mixing silk and live plants acceptable?
Thanks everyone!
