Spot on, if you ask me. Although I only got my first SW fish and inverts yesterday, I have spent a plethora of hours researching all types of species.

Looks like a rhodactis mushroom and it's definitely a bumble bee snail. Low to medium light and low flow for the shroom
Doubtful, are you trying for a reef tank? If so what size tank and we can get you some lighting suggestions.

Inverts are very sensitive to ammonia spikes and that is exactly what's going to happen to your tank in the upcoming weeks. Good luck
