I have a 30g. Aquarium
T12 aquarium / plant bulb from wallmart?( acceptable?)

I want it mildly planted
Plan on getting juli coreys, ?bala shark?, snails, shrimp.


Where do I start.
Had smaller tanks when younger. had no idea what I was doing. Would setup that night. Fish be dead in a week. Give up repeat. This was like 13 yrs ago.. lol iv familiarized my self since the.


I wanna do every thing correctly this time.
From the begenning what should I do.

Well the bala shark need a minium tank size of 70g. Tropical Fish for Freshwater Aquariums: Bala Shark

Yeah definitely no bala sharks. The corys are okay, but right now you need to learn how to cycle a tank. Read these articles:

Also, will this tank be planted?

Maybe it wasnt a bala idr. Max size was "3.. I was just giving an idea of what was to come. I know I gotta cycle first. And yes its will be decently planted.
