New rock and sea creature

I finally got some live rock, 31 lbs for my 75 gal tank. This is the first thing I saw so far. What is it and should I keep it? This finding stuff on rock is cool!

That's a feather duster worm. Harmless filterfeeder. Live rock is awesome stuff.
