new tank algae?

Hey all. My 90g has recently finished cycling and I have the normal diatoms, but I am also seeing some tufts of alage, looks like maybe brown hair alage? I used only brs reefsaver dry rock, and have slowly added a few pieces of my current live rock while moving livestock over. I have never had dinos or bryopsis in my current tank, so I dont think this is either of those. I did use aragalive sand, so I hope it didnt have nasties in it.
I have attached a few pics, if someome can help me identify, that would be great. Just not sure if I need to worry, or just keep watching. I do still need to add a clean up crew, so far I have only moved 3 snails to the tank.

Oh, just to note....these tufts are mainly on the glass and overflow box, and starting to pop up on the sand, close to the glass, but none on the rocks at all.
