my old tank layout was really plain and boring. it had flower pots, and all kinds of other stuff that didnt look too realistic. i bought 2 fake rocks which took up the majority of the tank. i bought fake rocks for one major reason. they weigh alot less than real ones, which means less worrying about heavy rocks falling while im on vacation. these rocks look pretty real, and have alot more hiding places. i have 1 pretty large java fern, and 2 tall fake plants. i hav an aquaclear 50, and a aqueon 10. this is only 300 gph, but i do weekly 25 percent wc, and i have a 500 gph powerhead. my tank stock isnt perfect, but im workin on it.
i plan on getting rid of a few fish, and maybe getting 4 yellow labs, and maybe something else.
so far my stock list is
1 male auloncara maylandi
1 male red zebra
1 male kenyi
1 male yellow lab
1 male acei
and a bn pleco
