New to planted tanks

Hi, I'm new to plants. I have java moss, java fern and some hornwort in a ten gallon tank. What type of lighting and should I use CO2 or not? Would I be able to put some shrimp in with them or some nano fish?

dont think youll need co2. i dont think youll need high lighting with the plants you have. normal cfl or t8s should work.

in a 10 gallon i would recommend two compact fluorescent 13 watt 6500k daylight bulbs. you wont need co2 and is the tank cycled?
