New to this need some advice

I bought a aquarium for my son for Xmas and he wants the glowing tetra fish..obviously I need a blacklight led. If I have other tropical fish as well will the black light be ok? And what other fish species are compatible with the tetra? Thanks for the help

29 gal. I just filled it and added stress zyme now just waiting at least a day to pick out fish

I'd say forget about adding fish right now and add a source of ammonia to keep the bacteria that stress zyme adds alive. Look up fishless cycling. I think stress zyme may speed up the cycle some but it isn't enough to automatically add fish, or if you do add fish just add one small one to provide ammonia for the bacteria to grow. Otherwise you'll most likely end up with a lot of dead and injured fish from the ammonia and nitrite buildup.

I'd favour the API quick start to get the nitrifying bacteria going over stress zyme.
