I got a shipment of 20 RCS today, so now my 2 adult female rcs and 2 amano's have tankmates. I found a disturbing scene a few hours after the introduction. I noticed a juvie torn in half on the bottom. Nobody looked guilty or fessed up, till I noticed in the shade of a rock a mugging in progress. The big amano was handling(eating) a small shrimp which got away.

I quickly dropped a couple pieces of algae wafer in to distract them....the amanos are grumpy and hogs. Kind of barge in and chase the others off or steal the wafer and swim off. I wasnt aware of amano behavior of this kind. Its my smaller amano that makes me laugh as he always visits my hand and crawls around for a while, he seems to be the schoolyard bully at the moment.
