Tanks are all looking pretty good.
Slowly stocking tank 1. 13 Neon tetras, 5 cherry barbs, and 20ish neocaridina shrimp. Added plants a few more times. Parameters are all looking good. Nitrates have dropped a little between 5 and 10, but it is pretty well planted. A little algae growth this week so we shortened the light cycle. Only lost two fish and a shrimp. All separately. All within 24 hours of acclimation.
Added 20 blue shrimp and a mystery snail to tank 2. And plants. Trimmings and extras from tank one added here regularly. Parameters all look good. Nitrate is low around 5, but again pretty well planted.
We took a filter cart from tank 1 into tank 3's filter. It wasn't an instant cycle, but within 2-3 days all parameters looked good. Pebbles the betta returned to his tank. Pulled a dozen baby windelov javas off of the one java fern a few days ago. We have brown diatoms in this tank, but some green algae too.
