Newbie!! What kind of coral is this?

Hi
I was wondering if this was stinging coral which goes on the sand or is it a different coral which goes on the rock? I have collected some of my new corals but not all and have got a bit confused about which is which!!
Any help gratefully received!!

That's an elegance. It's an LPS and it doesn't sting other corals as far as I know, and it's not high light. The sand bed is where I would place it. It should take meaty foods also.
