Do you have any plants? If so do you fertilize? Also how often do you clean the substrate?

I am planning on getting a couple plants. But do not have any now. I vacuum very often. Probably too often. This week I vacuumed everyday and now it is all clean.

That could actually be your problem. Your stirring up what's settled at the bottom which contains a lot of ammonia and nitrate. Leave it alone for now and keep doing water changes then check it again in a couple days
