Nitrites stuck!!

So my BB can process 5ppm of ammonia in less then 12 hours but my nitrite level won't go down. I have been doing 50% water changes weeks I've got a Eheim 2213 filter.

How often have you been dosing ammonia. How high is your nitrite currently? Also, what is your water changing schedule again? What you typed didn't make much sense. I think a word or two was missing.
