Thanks again everyone for the help on this thread. Things are improving! My amazon sword has a new leaf emerging and it looks a little bit brown on the tips but otherwise healthy. Also two of my banana plants both have very small new leaves started. So I'm excited! I also added 4 netrite snails last Thursday and they are kicking butt on the brown algae. I've come up with a tentative fertilizer dosing schedule with the calculator Delapool linked here. So I'll see how the plants respond and make adjustments as necessary. Just wanted to let you know that I really appreciated all the help!
