Nutrient deficiency?

The new leaves on crypts and hydro are growing very crinkled, but none of the faster growers are showing any signs. I did update my lights recently if that could be the cause of this. The crypts are wendtii 'Mi Oya' and wendtii brown and the hydro I think is corymbosa.

That can be a sign of calcium deficiency. Do you use fertilizer? You can add some crushed tums, eggshells, coral, or human calcium supplements. None of these will hurt your fish or other tank inhabitants. Snails love to eat those things to get their calcium.
