Odd pitcus catfish

So my catfish is acting a little off she is out in the open breathing rapidly and not moving much i checked the parameters and everything is good but temp is 83℉ i threw in a frozen water bottle and disconnected the heater also i added a bubble disk. Any clue what might be wrong?

With the temp being so high it could be lack of oxygen in the water.
Did the heater malfunction? why is the temp so high?

Its a really hot day in so cal lol i was thinking that too hence the bubbler and frozen bottles

Have you noticed any behavior change since adding the bubbler?

And we're still getting snow over here on the east coast. can you send some of that warm weather this way?

I wish its too hot here and no not yet but i have been treating for ich and i noticed the change could that be the cause

Hes doing better now temp is about 78-77 and hes swiming around more

Over the counter treatment im using jungle ich gaurd ive been treating a few days but it hasnt passed yet
