Here's what it looks like at night

You need more surface movement ,
Move your power heads up or point them up to move the water on the surface .
Water movement is one of the most important things and the most over looked problem .

That makes sense because I just moved my powerheads about a week ago and I never had this problem before

I had this problem before and researched water circulation and gas exchange .
Surface movement is really important .
Water breaking the surface leaving no standing water or anywhere for this gas/ sludge to sit .
I don't think it's good ,
And have heard of complete tanks crashing cause of It
