Oil slick

It looks like an oil slick in my tank any suggesting or solutions??

There is a product that's called a surface skimmer to deal with tgat. Otherwise, the only option to remove it is to increase the surface agitation.
 
Apparently (never tried it) you can turn everything off and lightly lay a paper towel on the surface of the water which is supposed to soak up the oil.

You could do with finding the source of the problem though. Think about foods and filtration or anything else you may be adding to the tank. Breaking the water flow (in my experience) works to the point you can see it form but just masks the problem.
