I have the following in my tank, I am willing to get rid of anything in the tank to maybe start breeding Cherry, orange or another pretty color of shrimp I can get my hands on.

9 cories, Bronze, 2 pandas, 2 julis,
1 elephant ear betta
2 female guppies
13 galaxy rasboras or celestial pearl danios
4 neons
4 glowlights
Breeder net full of babies
1 lone gold bar platy fry less than size of a pinky nail. Free with plant purchase
3-4 ghost shrimp
few MTS snails

Only fish I won't part with are the galaxies, betta (maybe a five gallon for him for xmas.), Everyone else is up for debate.

I have a moderated planted tank, and working on getting REALLY planted.
Plants
3 anacharis stalks
3 medium java ferns
3 strands sattrgira?
6 stalks wisteria
Few plastic plants
2 big head tank decor

Filter aquaclear 70
water change 50% weekly
sand substrate (blue:nono:)

This is a dumb question, but I am asking anyway. If I put 2 different colored shrimp in together. Will they hybridize? I was thinking orange and RCS?

Thank you! I was wondering what would happen. I guess I'll have to pick a color! They had the most beautiful orange and red. I don't know really anything about them. other than they are beautiful.

Ps I love your badge, its a beautiful bird.

If the orange shrimp are "Sunkist Shrimp," Caridina Propinqua, they will not interbreed with RCS. If they are a neocaridina, then they will interbreed.
