old Q/T tank for sump??

heres my question i am thinking of adding 10g to my sump ( useing my old Q/T tank) my QT tank has been empty for 3 months but the kicker is i used it to treat fish for ich, velvet, ect I now have coral in my main tank. So would it be safe to use my old 10gal QT/hospital tank as an addon to my sump?? If i clean it well would that make a difference or should i just buy a whole new 10gal tank???

I agree! Don't chance it with your corals. A new 10g is about $10 at walmart.
