Orange/blue worms?

i took a flashlight and looked into some of the holes in my liverock and saw a worm type thing moving around.

it was orange with a blue line the length of its body.

it was crawling slowly. any idea what this is? good, bad?

after some research it seems to be a bristleworm..... anyone know if they're good or bad?
