I know ? I hope he will be okay. I immediately did a 50% wc to have him I'm cleaner fresh water. I may get some aquarium salt and dose to heal his would faster. Any advice yall?

Crank the heat up a degree or two turn the lights out so he chills out and just keep an eye on him. My red finned shark has a similar abrasion on her eye area and she seems to slowly be healing from it.
